Why don't you have a taximeter?
As a rental car with driver (NCC), a taximeter is legally not allowed. Prices are fixed in advance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and common cards (please specify at booking if you want to pay by card).
Why don’t your vehicles have taxi signs?
Our vehicles are registered as rental cars with driver (NCC – Noleggio con conducente). They do not have taxi signs and clearly differ from classic taxi services.
What advantages does MMF offer compared to a regular taxi?
Compared to classic taxis, MMF offers more comfort, reliability, and personalized service. Our vehicles are modern rental cars with drivers – without taxi signs – providing a discreet, exclusive atmosphere. You book your ride in advance at a fixed price without a taximeter or surprises. We also emphasize punctuality, well-maintained vehicles, and experienced local drivers.
Do you offer water or refreshments?
Yes, for trips over 50 km you will receive complimentary refreshments (mineral water with and without gas).
Do you serve airports?
Yes, we serve airports such as Innsbruck, Verona, Munich, Zurich, Milan, Bergamo, and Venice – across Europe. Your driver will wait with a sign or tablet displaying your name or the name of your hotel or company.
Are there extra charges for waiting time in case of flight delays?
We continuously monitor your flight times so we can adjust pickup flexibly. Any longer waiting times will be charged after prior agreement.
Is pickup possible at train stations?
Yes, we pick you up at train stations such as Merano, Bolzano, and other locations. Your driver will wait with a sign or tablet showing your name or your hotel’s or company’s name.
What is the difference between a taxi and a rental car with driver?
Taxis operate with a taximeter and without prior reservation. Rental cars with drivers work exclusively by prior booking, offer fixed prices, and exclusive service.
How can I recognize a rental car with driver?
NCC vehicles have no taxi sign, are usually black or dark-colored, and have a license. They bear a yellow or white inscription “NCC” or “MMF (Noleggio con conducente)” on the front and rear windows. The back also shows the municipal coat of arms with the license number.
Are you obliged to accept every ride?
No, rides can be refused, for example in unclear conditions or last-minute requests, to ensure service quality.
Can I change the address during the trip?
Trips are usually from point A to point B. Route changes during the trip are possible after prior arrangement but may involve additional costs.
Are you reachable 24 hours?
We are available all day – at night we guarantee service until midnight. Longer availability is possible by prior arrangement.
Do you cooperate with hotels and companies?
Yes, we maintain close partnerships with numerous

Do you offer chauffeur services for events?
Yes, we offer chauffeur services for all kinds of events – whether corporate events, private celebrations, or special occasions. Our drivers ensure a comfortable and reliable ride so you arrive relaxed.
Do you transport bicycles?
We do not offer special bicycle transport. However, in case of breakdowns or departures, we can carry 2–3 bicycles as our vehicles are equipped with bike racks. Please inform us in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats and boosters are available for a flat fee of €5.00 per seat. Please specify when booking.
Can we bring our dog in the car?
Yes, this is generally possible – but only in certain vehicles in our fleet. Please note that by law dogs must be transported securely, e.g., in a transport box or with a safety belt.
Please inform us when booking if you want to bring a dog so we can plan a suitable vehicle. Without proper securing and prior agreement, transport is unfortunately not possible.
Do you do courier or luggage transport?
Yes, we also handle courier rides and luggage transport. Just contact us to discuss the details.

Can we contact you in case of breakdown so you can safely bring us home across Europe?
Of course, we are available in case of breakdowns and will handle transport throughout Europe. We gladly cooperate with insurance companies and provide detailed invoices or receipts upon request, which you can submit to your insurer, ADAC, or similar services.
